July 7, 2017 | azcentral.com — An upcoming decision from Arizona’s utility regulators will change how solar customers are paid for their power, how much it costs to refuse a “smart meter,” what hours will be more expensive to use power and a host of other policies.

The Arizona Corporation Commission is expected to vote on the rate case for Arizona Public Service Co. in August, though it has not formally been placed on an agenda.

APS has more than 1 million customers who will be affected by the vote.
