The purpose of this half-day conference is to breing together Arizona's key policymakers, government officials and business leaders to discuss the economic challenges of controlling greenhouse gas emissions.  The conference will feature speakers from academia, the investment community, businesses and government who will present their views on how the state economy, Arizona businesses and families could be affected by new costs imposed on greenhouse gas emissions.
